NapSite collects the information you send us through contact and preview forms (name, email, phone, message) so we can reply and, if you choose, build and manage your website. We do not sell this information.

Private previews use only information supported by a business’s own public sources. We keep a record of where each piece of information came from. A business can ask for its preview to be removed at any time by emailing hello@napsite.com.

Previews are served with instructions telling search engines not to index them. We measure basic, aggregate usage of previews (for example that a preview was opened) to understand whether our work is useful; access tokens for private previews are never written to analytics.

On napsite.com, we use ScaleMule Analytics to understand referring websites and campaigns, pages visited, and actions such as opening chat, requesting a call, or sending an enquiry. A random browser identifier helps distinguish returning visitors, and a short-lived first-party cookie links actions within a visit. We do not send form contents, messages, email addresses, phone numbers, or private preview tokens to analytics. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
